Melissa Rueschhoff is a highly accomplished trial attorney and Founding Partner at Signature Law Partners, PLLC. With a career defined by zealous advocacy and a commitment to justice, her experience spans litigation, prosecution, legislative advocacy, public policy, higher education, and complex legal counseling.

Early in her career, Melissa served as a premier Special Victims prosecutor, combatting child sex trafficking both domestically and internationally. She has tried more than 200 criminal and civil cases in state and federal courts, developing a reputation for relentless advocacy and masterful execution.

Beyond the courtroom, Melissa has actively shaped the law. As a Legislative Attorney for the Judiciary Chair at the Hawaii State Legislature, she drafted and passed legislation designed to eradicate human trafficking and protect military children in both Hawaii and Arizona.

Melissa has also helped educate the next generation of legal professionals, serving as a law professor at the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law, Faulkner University's Jones School of Law, and the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law.

Melissa has practiced law in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, and Hawaii, as well as six federal courts. She focuses her current practice on complex litigation, victim advocacy, strategic counsel, and helping entrepreneurs build successful, impact-driven businesses. She remains committed to obtaining justice for her clients while helping organizations create meaningful and lasting change.
