Prior to joining Signature Law Partners, Daphne served as Managing Attorney at Benford-Smith Law Firm, where she led trademark prosecution efforts, advised on brand portfolio strategy, and handled sophisticated commercial transactions for clients across multiple industries.

Earlier in her career, she gained significant experience in family law and served as a law clerk within the Harris County Civil Courts, providing legal analysis across a broad range of complex litigation matters.

Daphne earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Law Journal on Gender, Race and Justice and was recognized multiple times for academic excellence through Dean's List honors.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas, where she was recognized as a top moot court speaker and held numerous leadership positions.
